1. Aceptación de los Términos
Al acceder a Vitrina o utilizar cualquiera de sus widgets embebibles, usted acepta estos Términos y Condiciones en su totalidad. Si no está de acuerdo con alguna parte de estos términos, no debe utilizar el Servicio. Estos términos pueden actualizarse periódicamente; el uso continuado del Servicio después de una actualización constituye la aceptación de los términos revisados.
2. Descripción del Servicio
Vitrina es un servicio que permite a negocios embeber en su propio sitio web widgets que muestran contenido proveniente de plataformas de terceros — actualmente reseñas de Google Business Profile y feeds de videos de YouTube, con soporte para Instagram en desarrollo — mediante un script embebible que el cliente instala en su sitio. Vitrina no aloja, modifica ni es dueño del contenido original mostrado (reseñas, videos, publicaciones); únicamente lo recupera periódicamente desde la API pública correspondiente y lo presenta con el estilo visual configurado por el cliente.
3. Cuentas y Planes
El acceso a Vitrina se otorga por solicitud — actualmente no existe un alta de autoservicio. Vitrina ofrece distintos planes (incluyendo un plan gratuito y planes pagos), cuyas características y precios de referencia se publican en el sitio y se confirman al momento de dar de alta la cuenta. Vitrina puede modificar los planes disponibles, sus precios o sus características en cualquier momento, con aviso razonable a los clientes activos antes de que el cambio les sea aplicado.
4. Marca de Agua en el Plan Gratuito
Los widgets generados bajo el plan gratuito incluyen una marca de agua visible que identifica a Vitrina como el proveedor del widget. Esta marca de agua se elimina automáticamente al contratar cualquiera de los planes pagos.
5. Uso Aceptable
El cliente se compromete a utilizar el Servicio de forma lícita y a no: (a) intentar vulnerar, sobrecargar deliberadamente o interferir con la infraestructura de Vitrina; (b) utilizar el Servicio para mostrar contenido ilegal, difamatorio, fraudulento o que infrinja derechos de terceros; (c) realizar ingeniería inversa del script embebible con fines de reventa del Servicio como propio; (d) exceder el uso razonable previsto para el plan contratado de forma que afecte la disponibilidad del Servicio para otros clientes.
6. Contenido de Terceros y Propiedad Intelectual
Todo el contenido mostrado por los widgets (reseñas de Google, videos de YouTube, y en el futuro publicaciones de Instagram) pertenece a sus respectivos autores y/o a las plataformas de origen, y su uso está sujeto a los términos de servicio de dichas plataformas. Es responsabilidad del cliente contar con los derechos necesarios para mostrar ese contenido en su sitio. El software, el diseño, el código del widget embebible y la marca "Vitrina" son propiedad de ISEOLATOR LLC y no pueden copiarse, redistribuirse ni utilizarse para construir un servicio competidor sin autorización previa por escrito.
7. Disponibilidad del Servicio
Vitrina es un producto en desarrollo activo. Si bien procuramos mantener el Servicio disponible de forma continua, no garantizamos un tiempo de actividad específico ni la ausencia de interrupciones, errores o cambios en la funcionalidad. Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar, suspender o discontinuar funcionalidades del Servicio en cualquier momento.
8. Limitación de Responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, ISEOLATOR LLC no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del Servicio, incluyendo pero no limitado a pérdida de ingresos, de datos o de oportunidades de negocio. La responsabilidad total de ISEOLATOR LLC frente a un cliente, por cualquier concepto, no excederá el monto efectivamente abonado por ese cliente en los tres (3) meses previos al reclamo.
9. Pagos y Facturación
Los planes pagos se facturan de forma recurrente según el ciclo informado al momento de la contratación. Los precios publicados en el sitio son de referencia y se confirman al momento de dar de alta cada cuenta. El cliente es responsable de mantener un método de pago válido; la falta de pago puede resultar en la suspensión o degradación del Servicio (por ejemplo, reversión al plan gratuito con marca de agua).
10. Cancelación y Terminación
El cliente puede solicitar la cancelación de su plan en cualquier momento escribiendo a matiaspuga@gmail.com. Vitrina se reserva el derecho de suspender o terminar el acceso de un cliente que incumpla estos Términos, con aviso previo salvo en casos de uso abusivo o ilegal del Servicio, en cuyo caso la suspensión puede ser inmediata.
11. Modificaciones a estos Términos
Podemos actualizar estos Términos ocasionalmente. La versión vigente siempre estará disponible en esta misma página, con la fecha de última actualización indicada arriba. Cambios sustanciales serán comunicados a los clientes activos por email.
12. Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Nuevo México, Estados Unidos, sin dar efecto a sus disposiciones sobre conflicto de leyes. Cualquier disputa que surja en relación con estos Términos estará sujeta a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales competentes de Nuevo México.

By accessing Vitrina or using any of its embeddable widgets, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms may be updated periodically; continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of the Service
Vitrina is a service that lets businesses embed widgets on their own website that display content from third-party platforms — currently Google Business Profile reviews and YouTube video feeds, with Instagram support in development — via an embeddable script the client installs on their site. Vitrina does not host, modify, or own the original content displayed (reviews, videos, posts); it only periodically retrieves it from the relevant public API and presents it with the visual style configured by the client.
3. Accounts and Plans
Access to Vitrina is currently granted on request — there is no self-serve sign-up yet. Vitrina offers multiple plans (including a free plan and paid plans), whose features and reference pricing are published on the site and confirmed when the account is set up. Vitrina may change available plans, pricing, or features at any time, with reasonable notice to active customers before the change applies to them.
4. Watermark on the Free Plan
Widgets generated under the free plan include a visible watermark identifying Vitrina as the widget's provider. This watermark is automatically removed upon subscribing to any paid plan.
5. Acceptable Use
The customer agrees to use the Service lawfully and not to: (a) attempt to breach, deliberately overload, or interfere with Vitrina's infrastructure; (b) use the Service to display illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent content, or content that infringes third-party rights; (c) reverse-engineer the embeddable script in order to resell the Service as their own; (d) exceed reasonable use for the contracted plan in a way that affects Service availability for other customers.
6. Third-Party Content and Intellectual Property
All content displayed by the widgets (Google reviews, YouTube videos, and in the future Instagram posts) belongs to its respective authors and/or source platforms, and its use is subject to those platforms' own terms of service. It is the customer's responsibility to hold the necessary rights to display that content on their site. The software, design, embeddable widget code, and the "Vitrina" brand are the property of ISEOLATOR LLC and may not be copied, redistributed, or used to build a competing service without prior written authorization.
7. Service Availability
Vitrina is a product under active development. While we work to keep the Service continuously available, we do not guarantee any specific uptime or the absence of interruptions, errors, or changes in functionality. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ISEOLATOR LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. ISEOLATOR LLC's total liability to a customer, for any claim, will not exceed the amount actually paid by that customer in the three (3) months prior to the claim.
9. Payments and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the cycle communicated at sign-up. Prices published on the site are for reference and are confirmed when each account is set up. The customer is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method; failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of the Service (for example, reverting to the free plan with watermark).
10. Cancellation and Termination
The customer may request cancellation of their plan at any time by emailing matiaspuga@gmail.com. Vitrina reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer's access for breach of these Terms, with prior notice except in cases of abusive or unlawful use of the Service, in which case suspension may be immediate.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this same page, with the last-updated date shown above. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Mexico.
